With this spirit in mind, we, the Secretariat of The Novice's Summit 2026, take immense pleasure in opening the first round of Individual Delegation Application for our ninth edition, scheduled for 31st October and 1st November, 2026. The conference shall take place OFFLINE at Delhi NCR.
